 Birth Doula Support

Support through pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum.

Packages:

•  Birth Support Only – $750-$1,000

•  Standard Team Doula Package –  $1,000-$1,500

•  Premium (w/ Sarah, Owner) – $2,000 *St. Louis/Metro East Only

Includes:
✓ Two prenatal visits in your home (excluding Birth Support Only Package)
✓ On-call labor support with guaranteed back-up
✓ In-person birth attendance with optional second doula
✓ 2-hour postpartum care immediately after birth
✓ One follow-up visit in your home (excluding Birth Support Only Package)

Postpartum Doula Support

Care for your family as you adjust to life with baby.

Daytime Rates (8 AM–8 PM):

• $25-30/hr - Southeastern IL Region

• $30-35/hr - St. Louis, MO & Metro East Region

Overnight Rates (8 PM–8 AM):

• $35-40/hr - Southeastern IL Region

• $45-50/hr - St. Louis, MO & Metro East Region

 $10/hr for multiples
4–8 hour minimums (day) / 8–12 hour minimums (overnight)
Retainer required to secure your dates

Placenta Encapsulation – $275

Natural postpartum recovery support

Includes:

• Encapsulated placenta (TCM method)

• Placenta print (one)

• Cord keepsake

• Pick-up & delivery/or in your home
